Returns & refunds

Unused items in original condition (tags, packaging, accessories) may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Round-trip shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, let us know within 14 days and we'll exchange or refund it at no shipping cost to you.

Custom-made items, used items, or items missing components may not be eligible for return or refund.

Send your order number and reason via “Request a consultation” or the contact you received with your order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
